Services

Guerrilla Local LLC provides website design, branding, SEO, GEO, AEO and local SEO services to businesses. The scope of each order is the package, plan or written quote you accept.

Payment

Website and branding packages are paid in full upfront. Monthly search plans are billed in advance each month. Add-ons are priced as published or quoted in writing.

Timelines

Delivery times start once we have payment, a completed intake form and the assets we need. Delays in providing information or feedback extend the timeline.

Revisions

Each website package includes the revision rounds stated for that plan. Revisions must be sent as one consolidated list within 7 days of the preview. Extra rounds are charged at the published rate.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to draft copy, layouts and code and to run checks. A person reviews every deliverable. You are responsible for confirming that facts, prices, licences and claims about your business are accurate before launch.

Ownership

On full payment you own your content, brand assets and domain. Hosting is provided under a care plan; a code handoff is available for a one-time fee.

Search results

No one can guarantee rankings, AI citations or traffic. We commit to the work described in your plan and to reporting results honestly.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
