Website and branding packages

If you cancel before we start work on your order, we refund the full amount.

Once drafting has started, the package price covers the work and revisions included in your plan, and refunds are considered case by case. If we fail to deliver what your package includes, we will fix it or refund you.

Monthly search plans

You can cancel a monthly plan before the next billing date and you will not be charged again. Work already performed in the current month is not refunded.

Add-ons

Add-ons that have not been started can be refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
